Dear Ms. Wright:
The subject license, issued December 31, 1975, authorizes nuclear equipment exports valued at approximately $15 million for the Leibstadt Nuclear Power Station in Switzerland.
Amend-ments one and two added intermediate consignees in Japan and Switzerland.
A further rearrangement of project work now adds a fuel fabri-cator, Fabbricazioni Nucleori in Italy, to whom GE will export nuclear fuel bundle components, i.e. tubing, end plugs, spacers, etc., but excluding special nuclear material.
Accordingly, General Electric hereby requests amendment of XR-104 to:
1.
Add the intermediate consignee -
FABBRICAZIONI NUCLEARI S.p.A.
Castella Postale 16 15062 Bosco Marengo (Allesandria), Italy, and 2.
Revise the approximate value of goods to be exported from the United States from $15,000,000 to $16,000,000.
