Gentlemen:

References 1 and 2 established a schedule for submitting information to the NRC regarding environmental qualification of Class IE electrical equipment.

Identification of safety-related equipment and non-safety systems which could perform safety functions, required by Item 1 to to Reference 2, is included in Reference 7.

Emergency procedures required by Item 1 to Unclosure 2 to Reference 2 were provided to the NRC during on-site IE Inspection No. 80-02 on February 14, 1980.

Data necessary for the Staff Calculation of Containment Temperature and Pressure Decay Time specified by Enclosure 2 to Reference 1 and Information Necessary for Staff Review of Plant Specific Contaimment Analyses specified by Enclosure 3 to Reference 1 are included in References 4, 5,

9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, and in Enclosure 1 to this letter.

Single failure assumptions used in reporting para-meters in Reference 4 are consistent with the results of the analysis forwarded by Reference 11.

This information satisfies Item 2 of to Reference 2.

Information required by Item 3 of Enclosure 2 to Reference 2 is included in Reference 7.,

Information required by Items 4 and 5 of Enclosure 2 to Reference 2 is included in References 6, 7, and 8.
