Attached hereto is a preliminary report of the 17 x 17 fuel inspection conducted during the Cycle 1 - Cycle 2 refueling of Beaver Vallay Power Station, Unit No. 1.
This written report is submitted in lieu of the verbal report which we agreed to provide by my letter of April 11, 1977. A final report of the fuel inspection program will be forwarded for your information upon completion.
