Naval Nuclear Pcwer Unit, Port Euenere, CA.
'Ite Padiographic Safety Officer shall be res,x:nsible for directly supervising the Senior Pad-lographer in the perfor:rance of his duties under this quality assur-j ance prevvAnre.
C.
Senior Padiographer: O.e Senior Radiographer shall be a qualified radiographer designated by the Padiographic Safety Officer as such.
The Senior Padiographer will be a graduate of the Radiograph Operator Course A-701-0032. The Senior Padiographer shall be responsible for c3ntrolling ard directly supervising Padiographic operations conducted by USS DIXIE (;D-14). The Senior Radicgrapher is d to the Padiographic Safety Officer for coordiration,irectly responsible of all receipts, handling, tests and inspections, and transfers of radioactive material and all records of tests / inspections conducted I;W this procedure and NFC License #08-00038-43.

4.
Copies of all audit reports and any correspondence dealing with the audit of this quality assurance program.
