Re: Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Docket No. 50-410 Your February 6, 1980 I.E.Bulletin 80-03 requested Niagara Mohawk to visually inspect charcoal adsorber cells for leak:ge or loss of charcoal. The charcoal adsorber cells for Nine Mile Point U:.it 2 have not been received on site. These cells will be manufactured by tne Mine Safety Appliances Company. Their design will utilize spot weiding every 3/4 inch to prevent the loss of charcoal from adsorber cells.
