With your appiteation for license amendment dated September 28, 1979, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) pertaining to the Zion Station Units 1 and 2 secondary water chemistry monitoring, you paid Class III ($4,000) and Class I ($400) amendment fees.

The OURR review staff has advised this office that the action required by your application is pro fonna and administrative in nature and, therefore, is in the Class II ($1,200) fee category for Unit 1.

Consequently, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund to your Cogany the $2,800 difference between Classes II and III.

The refund is being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
