50-328 This is to inform you that TVA is relocating its Central Emergency Control Center (CECC) to provide better facilities for conducting activities during a radiological emergency at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. Effective May 6, 1980, the CECC will be located in the Chestnut Street Tower II in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This CECC will include all of the capabilities of the previous CECC as defined in TVA's Response to NUREG-0578, Section 2.2.2.b.
