Enclosed is a copy of the file memorandum prepared by members of the Special Inquiry staff based upon our interview with you on the indicated date.
If you believe there are any substantial inaccuracies or omissions in the en-closed memorandum that require correction, or if there is an important matter with which you would like to supplement the recent interview, please inform us in writing within ten days and we will include your response in our files together with the enclosed memorandum.
If we do not hear from you within the 10-day period, we will assume that the memorandum is accurate.
We appreciate your help and cooperation in the Special Inquiry.

To date, we have,n_o, suitable lesson plans for the. programs con-ducted by the Radiaticn Protection Department.
Those required and i. heir respective sections of 1670.9 are as follows:
