By letter dated July 10, 1979, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, you requested approval of the deletion of the stage monitoring requirement contained in the Environmental Protection Program for Crand Gulf Station Units 1 and 2 (CPPR-ll8 and CPPR-119).
In a letter dated February 13, 1980, we informed your Company that this request is subject to the fee requirements of 10 CFR 170.22, and requested fees totalling $1,600 (Class II for Unit 1 and Class I for Unit 2). These fees have not been received; therefore, they should be submitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
