Enclosed please find a copy of the " Affidavit of Donald J. Kasun" which was served upon the Licensing Board on April 28, 1980 while in hearing at Charlotte, North Carolina.
i Mr. Kasun's affidavit addresses Duke Power Company's compliance with new regulations in the area of physical security of spent fuel in transit, i.e., 10 C.F.R. B 73.37 to become effective shortly.
