Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 51, Revision 1, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72.
As part of this request, the proposed replacement page for Appendix A is enclosed.
FPC has previously submitted, in Technical Specification Change Request No. 51, an application for a license amendment concerning organizational changes in the Crystal River Unit 3 facility organization that has yet to be issued by the NRC.
Change Request No. 51, which was submitted on September 24, 1979, is superseded by Revision 1.
FPC considers Change Request No. 51, Revision 1, to be a Class II amend-ment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it is administrative in nature.
