1 The pin may have been embrittled by having been bent and straightened during past maintenance or modification work.

4 The broken pin was replaced with a pin from a spare socket. Maintenance Request #-IC-80-2035 is held open until the next scheduled outage of Unit II for an inspection of other relay sockets in this cabinet. This inspection is to determine whether pins in other sockets may be damaged.
