Inspection 70-1100/79-09 This refers to your letter dated December 5,1979, in response to our letter dated November 13, 1979.
Thank you for infonning us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to your response to Appendix A, Item A.(2), we consider your response as a request for interpretation as to meaning and intent.
We will pursue this matter with IE Headquarters and the matter will be considered as unresolved until such time as Region I receives an interpretation from Headquarters.
With respect to Appendix A, Item E your letter dated December 5, 1979 did not respond to this item.
Please submit to this office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter, a written statement in reply; concerning Item E, including:
(1) corrective steps which have been taken by you and the results achieved; (2) corrective ste further items of noncompliance; and (3) ps which will be taken to aviod the date when full compliance will be achieved.
