Inspection 70-1100/79-09 This refers to your letter dated March 3,1980, in response to our letter dated February 14, 1980.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to Item E(2) of the Notice of Violation appended to our letter dated November 13, 1979, we have reviewed the information supplied in your letter of March 3,1980 and additional information obtained during a telephone conversation between Mr. Bakevich of your staff and Mr. Roth of this office on March 17, 1980. Based on this information, we concur that Item E(2) is not an example of noncompliance.
Item E(2) has been deleted from our records as an example of noncompliance.
