With your application for license amendment dated November 22, 1978, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) pertaining to Prairie Island Units 1 and 2 secondary water chemistry monitoring, you paid Class III ($4,000) and Class I ($400) fees. The ONRR review staff has advised this office that the action requireo by your applicat'an is pro forma and administrative in nature and, there-fore, is in the Class II ($1,200) fee category for Unit 1.
Consequently, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund to your Company the $2,800 difference between Classes II ar.d III.
The refund is being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
