With your License Change Application 57 dated December 28, 1979, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, you submitted a Class II amendment fee of $1,200. The application proposed several changes to the Technical Specifications for the Trojan Nuclear Plant (License No. NPF-1).
By letter dated February 4,1980, we informed you that the change revising the boron concentration and quantities involves a Class III fee and requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $4,000 pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170.
This fee has not been received; therefore, it should be submitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
