Analysis of Occurrence:
Samples were taken when the neutralizing tank was being drained into the discharge canal.
Four circulating water pumps were in operation provid-i ing approximately 750,000 gallons per minute dilution ficw. No other
' liquid releases were in progress at time of sampling. The neutralizing-tank contain; water impurities remaining after regenerating condensate

50-313/75-35 Non-Routine, Non-Radiological Environmc. il Report No.
10.
Corrective Action:
We are' reviewing our ETS chemical limits with the Arkansas Department of j
Pollution Control and Ecology.. It has been determined that there is no I'
basis for many of our ETS chemical discharge limits and that our Technical Specification water sampling program does not verify that we are or are not meeting the e-
.itions of our permits to discharge issued by the Arkansas Pollutio ntrol Commission or the EPA.
I 11.
Failure Data:
The circumstances of the report are similar to those reported in Non-Routine, Non-Radiological Environmental Reports.No. 50-313/75-25 through 50 313/75-34.
