Dear Mr. Rusche:
On June 10 and June 11, 1975, we informed Mr. E. Morris Howard, Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Rep, ion IV, of environmental occur-rences at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving the increase of chemical concentrations across the plant in excess of Environmental Technical Specification limits. Our telecopy to Mr. Howard of June 10 incorrectly identified the occurrence as No. 50-313/75-33. This error has been corrected in this report to show that occurrence as No. 50-313/75-34.
Attached find our reports as required by Environmental Technical Speci-fication 5.6.2.
