~ NOTICE OF' VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted January 17-21, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with your Reactor License or NRC requirements as indicated below:
1.
Criterion V of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50 requires that activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented procedures and shall be accomplished in accordance with these procedures.
This requirement is further amplified by Section 5 of the licensee's NRC approved Quality Assurance Program.
a.
Contrary to the above, Maintenance Procedure 1405.01 does not include appropriate acceptance criteria for the station battery daily surveillance checks as required by Step 4.1 of Quality Control Procedure 1004.12.
b.
Contrary to the above, the computer printouts for the Power Range Linear Amp Calibration at Power conducted on December 3, 13, 23, 27 and 31,1976, were not signed as required by Step 7.1 of Surveillance Test Procedure 1304.32.
This is an infraction.
