This refers to your letter of January 17. 1980, for an amendment to License SUM-1097 to obtain and use f!BS standard reference material.
A minor amendment fee of $1,400 was paid for the request.
Our Licensing staff completed its review of the application and issued Amendment No.12 on fiarch 5,1980. - The final fee classification of your January 17 request changed the fee requirement to an administrative amendment fee, for a total fee of $150. We have, therefore, notified our Office of the Controller to refund $1,250 to you.
