YELLOW TICKET NRR 3762.FROM ANNETTE F. STEVENS, MAINE VOICE OF ENERGY On February 25, 1980, I contacted Annette Stevens by telephone to discuss the concerns and comments expressed in her letter dated January 18, 1980.

During our conversation, I assured her that our purpose is to protect the health and safety of the public.

I thanked her for her concerns, and indi-cated that we are receptive to information from all parties concerned in any action involving our agency.

Annette Stevens indicated that the telephone communication had been respon-sive to her concerns, and that no formal written reply was desired.
