This information should address identical documents also, and include the dates of your corrective actions.

Additionally, please provide the dates when the semi-annual audit will be instituted for Items A.,

C., and E.of the Notice of Deviation.

Also, please provide the date when follow-up will be instituted,as well as frequency of follow-up, for Item D. of the Notice of Deviation.

Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
