This office has received a copy of your application dated February 11, 1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) a for review and approval. The application proposed Technical Specification changes for cycle 2 operation of the. Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1 (License NPF-3).
Consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 170.22, you determined that the application involved a Class IV amendment fee and stated that the check for $12,300 would be submitted separately.
This fee has not been received by us; therefore, it is requested that it be forwarded to this office.
If the final review by the ONRR staff reveals that the fee is incorrect, you will be refunded any overpayment or asked to pay any additional amount due.
