Dear Mr. Howard:
' At the low level waste meeting in Nevada last month, I promised to send information on the State transportation legislation data base. The data base is being developed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory by Ms. Cathy Fore (615) 574-7768.
It is funded through the Transportation Technology Center, Sandia Labs by E. W. Shepherd (505) 264-1740.
The data base contains pending State legislation, State laws, local ordinances, and Federal laws and regulations that pertain to radioactive material transport.
It is still in the developmental stages.
I urge you to contact either Ms. Fore or Mr. Shepherd for more information.
