In order to allow the Staff to begin review of the procedures for the special test program for North Anna 2, we have enclosed seven of the nine test procedures outlined in our previous letter dated March 19, 1980 (Serial No. 251).

The procedures enclosed are as follows:

3. Natural Circulation Test
4. Natural Ci' !ation With Simulated Loss of Offsite AC ower
5. Natural Circulation With Loss of Pressurizer Heaters
6. Effect of Steam Generator Secondary Side Isolation On Natural Circulation
7. Natural Circulation At Reduced Pressure.

The safety evaluation, the two remaining test procedures, and revisions resulting from your advance resiew of the seven procedures enclosed will be provided later.
