Box 15830 Sacramento, California 95813 Docket No. 50-312 License No. DPR-54 Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted ~on May 15-18, 1978, it appears that one of the activities at your Rancho Seco facility was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of NRC Facility License No. OpR-54 as indicated below. This item is a deficiency.
i Contrary to the requirenents of the' Rancho Seco Technical Specifications, Paragraph 6.10.1.d, the surveillance test-ing of the redundant high pressure injection recirculation valve, SFV-23646, was not documented when SFV-23645 was removed from service for inspection on April 6, 1978.
