Operating License No. DPR-73 Dtcket No. 50-320 Decay Heat Reoval Syste Hydrostatic Testing As requested in a telophone conversation between Tom Poindexter (USNRC) and W. J. Papproth (GhJ) we are forwarding the procedures employed to hydrostatically test the Decay Heat Raoval Systes for HfI-2 as in-dicated by Attachment; I, " History DHR Hydrostatic Testing", to our letter serial GOL 1295 of October 16, 1979.
We believe the enclosed procedures (R-2-79-52 and R-2-79-53) provide the information requested. Also, the packless valves enployed in the systen are Grinnell #2741 valves.
