blem with certain types of valve operator switches. We have performed a preliminary investigation and determined that we do have some switches of these modela in our plant.

A program has been established and is currently under way to determine the exact number and location, and contact is being made with the manufacturer to arrange for any required

rework which will be necessary, it is anticipated that we will have more definitive information by February 1,1973, and will advise you at that time of the quantities involved and the corrective measures being taken.
