Dear Mr. Smith:

This is in reply to your letter dated Decem-ber 6, 1972.

You requested that we determine whether any Limitorque Models SMB-00 or SMB-000 valve operators which were manufactured between 1969 and mid-1971 are installed or scheduled to be installed at the Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit No. 3.

Our investigation indicates that there are no valve operators of this mako, model, and vintage installed or scheduled to be installed at this plant.
