An evaluation of the use of unnormalized plate sections in one g
of the two Rancho Seco steam generators, which you had previously directed to our attention, has been completed and is enclosed. We concur with the findings of the evaluation that the use of unnormalized steel is adequate for the intended service conditions and consider this area of concern resolved.
