The purpose of this meeting will be to develop s

The facility is located on the' Gulf of Mexico, approximately 7% miles northwest of crystal River, Florida.
The following constitutes that portion of the Subcommittee's agenda for the above meeting which will be open to the public:
Monday July 29, 1974, 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of business
%y Subcommittee will hear presentations by representatives of the Eegulatory Staff and Florida Power Corporation and will hold discussions with these groups pertinent to its review of the application of Florida Power Corporation for a license to operate the Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 3.
In connection with the above agenda item, the Subcommittee will hold Executive Sessions, not open to the public, at 8:30 a.m. and at the end N

92-463; that the above-noted Executive Sessions will consist of an excha'nge
..of opinions and formulation of recommendations, the discussion of which, if written, would fall within exemption (5) of 5 U.S.C. S52(b) and 'that a

cibsed session may be held, if necessary, to discuss "certain documents and information which are privileged and fall within exemption (4) of 9
5 U.S.C. SS2(b'). Further, any non-exempt material that will be discussed
' during the above closed sessions will be inextricably intertwined with exempt material, and no further separation,of this material is considered practical.
It is essential to close such portions of the meeting to protect the free interchange of internal views, to avoid undue interference with agency or Subcommittee operation, and to avoid public dis' closure of,
proprietary information.
