In re: Flo'rida Power Corporation Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant Docket No. 50-302 Enclosed are three (3) executed originals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 7 and Supplement No. 4 to the Construction Permit Application for our Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant Unit 3.
Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies of each for updating the balance of the copies of ~ the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report filed with the original Application.

Amendment No. 7 modifies the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report so as to include the latest design informa-tion on engineering revisions covered in previous discussions with your staff.
Supplement No. 4 includes our respnses to Part II of the Attachment to your letter of March 13, 1969.
