Notice is hereby given that the Nuclear aegulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-72, issued to the Florida Power Corporation, City of Alachua, City of Bushnell, City of Gainesville, City of Kissimee, City of Leesburg, City of New Smyrna Beach and Utilities Comission, City of New Smyrna Beach, City of Ocala, Orlando Utilities Comission and City of Orlando, Sebring Utilities Comission, Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. and the City cf Tallahassee for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant located in Citrus County, Florida.
Amendment No. 3 incorporates Appendix B, the Environmental Technical Specifications, which were inadvert?ntly omitted from Amendment No. 2, but which were incorporated in the original license issued on Decenicer 3, 1976. Amenchnt No. 3 also corrects the wording of paragraph 1.H of Amendment No. 2 to include the words which were contained in the original license and which were inadverter.tly omitted in Amendment No. '2, and corrects the nunber designation of the isolation valves identified in paragraph 2.C.(4).
'Ihe Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which cre set forth in the license amendment. Prior public notice of this amendant was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

) '1he Comission has determined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant environmental inpact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 51.5(d)(4) an environmental inpact statement or negative declaration and environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
A copy of Amendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-72 is available for public inspection at the Comission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C. and the Crystal River Public Library, Crystal River, Florida 32629.
Single copies of Amendment No. 3 may be obtained upon request addressed to the United Stated Nuclear Regul story Commission, Washington, D. C.
