Docket No. 50-302 Receipt is acknowledged of your letter of June 12.,1%8, wherein you request permission to make a limited appearance pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 715 of the Commission's Rules of Practice.
The prehearing conference vill convene on June 19 at 10:00 AM in the Elementary School Auditorium in Crystal River, and consideration vill be given to a schedule for presentation of statements from those making a limited appearance. The statements vill be received at an evidentiary hearing which will convene on July 16 at 10:00 AM in the Crystal River Elementary School Auditorium.
