Referencing Petition for Limited Appearance, above docket number, dated June 12, 1968, and Certificate of Service, recent-ly received by you from this office, said Petition was rushed into the Agency mail late Wednesday afternoon, June 12, to com-
. ply with your Notice of Hearing, Page 5, concerning persons de-siring to make limited appearance.
On early morning, June 13, a call was made to the Attorney General's office to coordinate appearance as stated in above referenced Petition.
This office was informed at that time that the proposed statement should be made through the office of the Attorney C.-
eral, and not directly by Petition.
Due to the above, and as service shall not be made as indicated in the certificate, I would ask you to withdraw or strike the Certificate of Service referred to, but to continue to accept the Petition in file if required for presentation by the Attorney Gener'al or a member of this Agency.
