Regarding your letter of the inspection conducted by Mr. M. S.
Kidd on October 10 - 12, 1973, at the Crystal River #3 facility, we wish to advise you that this report contalas no proprietary information.
We, however, have minor co::c2ents regarding some details stated in the report. On Page I-l of the Details Section of your letter, para-

graph 2, titled " Personnel Changes contains references to Florida Power Corporation's group an Site Quality Assurance (QA). This should be titled " Site Quality Surveil'ance" (QS). On Page I-2 of the same Section, second paragraph, the reference to our Quality. Manual contains what appears to be a commitment that the completion of the revision would be net in
