As requested in your letter of July 6,1973, this is to confirm the proposed date of November 30, 1973, for Florida Power Corporation's submittal of environmental technical specifications for the Crystal River Nuclear Plant.
i As indicated, this informat. ion will reflect such conditions and limitations, including technical specifications necessary to assure adequate environmental protection of the site environs. Also, it is recognized that the current program of environmental research agreed to under the NEPA review will ultimately affect the content and scope of the aforementioned submittal.
