Enclosed for your information is a notice which we expect will be published soon in the Federal Register with respcet to the cap-tiened matter.
The motice is the initial publicction of notice of receipt of an application for an operating license in the form of a Final Safety Analysis Report. Pursuant to Section 105 c.(
? the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, any person who carvened or who sought by timely written notice to the Commisuon to intervene in the construction permit proceeding for the Crystal itiver Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant tc obtain a detensination of antitrust considerations, or to advance a jurisdictional basis for such determination,has the right to obtain an antitrust review under Section 105 c. of the Act, of the application for an operating license for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, upon written request to the Commission made within 25 days af ter the date of publication of the notice.
