~ UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT SUBMITTED IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATION BY FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION FOR A SECTION 104b CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND A LICENSE FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY DOCKET No. 50-302 Florida Power Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, applicant for an operating license and construction permit for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby submits its Environmental Report.
The Crystal River Unit 3 Environmental Report is suomitted in accordance with requirements entitled " Implementation of the Nations. Environmental Policy Act of 1969" (35FR18469) and Appendix D, 10CFR50.
