United States Atonic Energy Commission National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 Water Quality Improvement Act of 1970 In connection with your letter of July 3], 1970, asking me to naue the agency to coordinate the activities in accordance with your policy under National Environnental Policy Act of 1960, pi":sc be adv + cd that the str.te of Florida, De-pari. meat of Air and Water Pollution Control, 315 South Ca3 noun Street, Tallahasseo, Florida 32301 (Mr. Vincent D. Patton, Executive Director), has the statutory responsibility to con-trol and abate pollution of air and water in the state of Florida.
