Dear Sir:
0 to In Re: Florida Power Corporation Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant Docket No. 50-302 Enclosed are three (3) executed originals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 26 to the Application for Licenses for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of 103 copies as previously furnished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 26 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report and Supplement No. 1 contained therein. Specifically, these revisions contain responses to all questions, except 4.19, 4.20 and 4.21, of the Request for Additional Information made in Mr. A. Schwencer's letter of April 3,1973.
Responses to questions 4.20 and 4.21 will be included in a submittal on June 29, 1973, along with responses to all requests contained in Mr. A. Schwencer's letter of April 27, 1973.
As regards question 4.19, Florida Power Corporation feels that a meeting with appropriate AEC personnel should occur prior to formulation of a response.
Subsequent to the meeting, and contingent upon our mutual understanding of the subject matter involved, we will respond as soon as possible.
