Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) signed originals and forty (40) conformed copies of Amendment No. 52 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for Crystal River Unit No. 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
Amendment No. 52 contains revisions to the FSAR to incorporate the modifications to Florida Power Corporation's Quality Program which were discussed with members of your staff on March 30, 1977, at the NRC offices in Bethesda, Maryland. Amendment No. 52 also includes changes to reflect the most recent corporate organization of Florida Power Corporation (FPC) and a resubmittal of those previously approved changes to the Quality Program identified in Mr. Stolz's letter to FPC dated January 25, 1977.
This mendment to the FSAR contains no restricted data or other defense information.
