Dear Mr. Moore:
As requested in your June 10, 1975, letter, this is to notify you that the proposed joint ownership of the Crystal River Unit #3 Nuclear Generating Plant is currently scheduled to take place on July 15, 1975.
At that time, the Participation Agreement, which will form the basis for the joint ownership of Crystal River Unit #3, will be executed by Florida Power Corporation and 15 additional utilities.
The 15 utilities that are expected to participate in the j oint ownership of Crystal River Unit #3 are as follows :
The City of Alachua, the City of Bushnell, the City of Clewiston, the Gainesville/Alachua County Regional Utilities Board, the City of Homestead, the Jacksonville Electric Authority, the City of Kissimmee, the City of Leesburg, the New Smyrna Beach Utilities Commission, the City of Ocala, the Orlando Utilities Commission, the Sebring Utilities Commission, the Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc., the City of Tallahassee, and the City of Williston.
Should any changes in the above schedule be necessary, you will be notified immediately by this office.
