Crystal River Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72
Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change R0 guest No. 4, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72. As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
Please note that change Request No. 4 is being submitted before Change Request No. 3.
This out of sequence submittal is necessary in order that the proposed fire protection technical specification for CR#3 can be sub-mitted within the 20-day schedule requested by Mr. Stolz in his letter to FPC of June 16, 1977. Technical Specification Change Request No. 3 which contains changes to the CR#3 Environmental Technical Specifications will be submitted as soon as its review is complete.
Also included is one signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 4 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida.
