This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1 and Regulatory Guide 1.16, Revision 4, Section C.2.b(1) as a written Thirty (30) Day Report.
O During performance of operating daily surveillance, remote temperature

indicator RC-4A-TI-2 was found to be indicating 9 degrees low. - Redun-

dant indication was available and operable in the Control Center. The faulty meter movement was replaced in kind.
There were no adverse effects resultant from this occurrence.
Daily surveillance in accordance with Surveillance Procedure is con-
'sidered adequate to minimize recurrence.
