This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1

and Regulatory Guide 1.16, Revision 4, Section 2.b. (3), as a written Thirty (30) Day Report.
Makeup Pump 3C (MUP-3C) was started with a suction cross-over valve closed.
The pump was stopped immediately, and no damage occurred. Redundant systeme gLI were available.
