Response to IE Bulletin No. 79-16 Vital Area Access Controls
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
This letter is written in response to the letter dated July 26, 1979 transmitting IE Bulletin No. 79-16 which requests a written report concerning certain action we have taken and plan to take with respect to vital area access control.
Inasmuch as this report is specifically related to security aspects at Cooper Nuclear Station, we would like to request that our response, included as an attachment to this letter, be withheld from public dis-closure in accordance with Section 2.790(d)(1) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
