Seyfrit:

As of this date, approximately 70% of the subject pipe base support plates using concrete expansion anchor bolts have been generically analyzed vrith respect to the parameters set forth in IE Bulletin 79-02.

Seventy percent correspande to 1100 base plates and of this group 4 base plates have a prolininary indication of having a safety facto _ of less than twa.

These base plates are currently being upgraded to achieve a safety factor of greater than five and have been assigned top priority with respect to work scheduling.

A detailed revier of the respective system operability assoc iated with each of the four base plates has been completed and it has been deternined thit the systen operability has not been compromised.
