draft outline of report By the referenced memorandum, I distributed a copy of the draft outline of the inquiry report.
We have reviewed the outline and have made tentative assignments to various groups for the lead responsibility and supporting responsibility, where applicable, for the development of the necessary information to be incorporated into the report.
