I enclose copies of my letters to the following:

- 2. Dr. Joseph Hendrie, Chairman, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (August 26,1979)
- 3. Mr. Charles Curtis, Chairman, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (August 27,1979).
I now request you to produce copies of the calculations pertaining to the seismic i
design of the Three-Mile Island Nuclear Power Plants and to the seismic design of the nuclear power plant now under construction in Midland, Michigan.

I also request you to produce a copy of the estimated radioactive emissions of the Three-Mile Island Nuclear Power Plants when the plants are in accident-free opera-tion at capacity.

-I further request you to inform me Wether the Three-Mile Island Nuclear Power Plants have been rated for earthouake.by the Insurance Services Office.
